    Get your chamber on ChamberOS

Create the founding admin account for your chamber.

    You're signing up your chamber

Your chamber organization gets its own ChamberOS site, directory, and admin console.

    Your board gets admin access

Invite your board, director, and volunteers once you're in.

Members join later — on your site

Local businesses don't sign up here. You'll invite them from your admin once your site is live.

    • Chamber identity

Legal chamber name, mailing address, formation state, year established.

Used on your public site, receipts, and your Stripe payments account.

    • EIN & nonprofit status

Federal EIN (employer ID number). If you're a 501(c)(6), have your IRS determination letter handy.

Required by Stripe to set up your chamber's payments account. Confirms you're a recognized nonprofit.

    • Authorized representative for payments

A board officer's full legal name, date of birth, home address, last 4 of SSN, and phone.

Stripe Connect requires one person to vouch for the chamber's account. This is standard KYC for nonprofits — not stored by ChamberOS.

    • Bank account

Routing number and account number for the chamber's checking account.

This is where membership dues, event ticket revenue, and donations are deposited.

    • Brand basics

      optional

Chamber logo (PNG or SVG), brand colors, a one-line tagline, and a short mission statement.

Used to brand your public site so it looks like your chamber — not a template.

    • Web address

      optional

Either your existing domain (e.g. mychamber.org) or a new one you want to register.

We give you a ChamberOS subdomain on day one — your custom domain can be connected anytime.

    • Member list (CSV)

      optional

Existing members with name, email, business name, and any current dues tier.

Lets you import your roster in one shot and invite everyone with a single click.

Don't have everything yet? You can save progress and come back — your chamber stays in setup mode until payments are verified.
